By adopting a complete rotating engine (rotary
engine),one can increase powergeneration effciency and ship promotion
efficiency by two or three times, as as well asreduce
CO2 emissions by half.
(1)Eliminate inefficiencies and return to the idealistic
original.
In
general, combustion gas, which actuates the gas turbine contains a large
amount of air,approximately 4 times
the theoretical amount. By conventional technology, heat energy is consumed
and nearly 80% of the compressed air is circulated and discharged, resulting
in a tremendous loss in efficiency. By using 100% or
the compressed air for combustion and
increasing the compression ratio and fuel combustion
mass by 400% through heat exchange
including supercritical overheated steam (impossible pressure ratio in
air compression), reduce heating value used by gas turbine among supply
heating value, increase air plane promotion efficiency and gas turbine
heat efficiency by around 300%,increase power generation efficiency by
about 200% by driving all moving blade steam turbine by overheated steam
including supercritical which was gained through heat exchange so that
combustion gas temperature becomes lower than the turbine heat resistance
boundary temperature (japanese patent No. 2604636),
or changing inefficient screw promotion to steam, water, and air ship bottom
jet floating promotion to triple ship promotion speed, and reduce CO2
discharge by half.

10, and 11, mount the generator , or turm over compressor,
or tum over gas turbine or steam gas turbine in the middle. As shown in
figure 11, curve it to make it bigger,
and as shown in figure 12, by making
a water cooling jacket of a combustor spiral welding structure including
a conduit tube 1 to elevate pressure
it is possible ti use the gas turbine combustor as a heat exchanger, which
has beenenlarged and pressyre-elevated.Therefore, conventional output can
be maintained even though 100% of the compressed air is used
for combustion. The quadrupled fuel combustion mass reduces the heat value
of gas turbine to the lower limit.Higher the pressure ratio and a higher
gas turbine heat efficiency results. Withfuel combustion of the same heating
value,the bigger the pressure ratio is, the higher the temperature increases.
ln addition to that, when gas temperature at the turbine inlet is 700℃
or 1000℃, heat exchange improves, enabling increased heat nefficiency
of the supercharging boiler cycle and gas turbine cycle to the limit. Therefore,
discharge loss by pressure ratio increases and reduction of heat exchanger
exhaust heat temperature can be greatly reduced.
Almost all compressed air is burned at theoretical mixing
ratio by various type of steam gas turbine integrated engine power generating
equipment including carious type of gas turbine as shown in Fig.9
and various type of steam injection gas turbine integrated equipment as
shown in Fig.10,13,& 14.And offering
air plane and ship promotion device which sprays overheated steam including
supercritical can reduce CO2 discharge
to half.
*High temperature and air compression unnecessary for
combustion are harmful to gas turbine, and blade cooling should be unnecessary.
It is the best to compress and heat water which expands in atmospheric pressure
by 170000% and is easily compressed.
(2) By making various type of turbine all-moving blades,
reduces CO2 in half.
When pushing a car with the brake engaged is exhausting
but the workload is zero. lf the brake is released, the car can be pushed
easily. ln other words, when there is a stationary blade in the turbine
or compressor, loss is very large. Magnetic friction power
transmission 14 to put all moving blade steam turbine and all
moving blade gas turbine to practical use drives each moving blade which
rotates in the reverse direction, the mostefficient way.By putting various
kinds of all-moving blade steam gas turbine and all-moving gas turbineintegrated
ebgine into practical use,CO2 discharges
reduce.
*i.e. As shown in figure 11,
13, and 14, with an all-moving
blade,relative peripheral velocity is almost doubled and small sized output
can be achieved at a constant allowable stress.Or by doubling rotatingradius
and relatiive peripheral velocity between moving blades,greater
output, more than 4 times of ratio output, can be achieved. Or by tripling
rotating radius and doubling relative peripheral velocity between moving
blades, even greater output, 9 times of ratio output, can be achieved.
Furthermore,with the relative peripheral velocity between moving blades
with conventional technology, allowable stressdrops to almost one fourth
because peripheral velocity can be halved. lnexpensive turbine or compressor
can be produced by casting turbine blades andcompressor blades in a circle.
(3) Reduce CO2 discharges
in half with power transmission by rolling contact.
Gears used to transmit power lose heat through friction
because the power transmission surface slips on the gear surface. ln order
to transmit large amounts of power or very high speed power, a large lubrication
oil cooler and friction are necessary, but are not very practical. However,
if magnetic friction power transmission 14
is used, power
transmission by rolling contact is possible as shown in figure
15 and a more preferable form of power transmission using water
cooling instead of oil can be achieved. ln addition, various convex and
concave surfaces for increasing friction can be made smaller and magnetic
power can be adjusted in either direction. Therefore, the clutch can be
deleted or its weight can be greatly reduced. By realizing practical use
of various kind of all-moving blade steam turbine and all-moving blade
gas turbine, CO2 emissions can be halved
from fossil fuel power generation equipment or fossil fuel ship promtion
equipment.
*i.e. Various types of power transmission including normal
speed change and reversal rotation mainly use gearing. The gear surfaces
require a slip gearing surface, which intum requires a big load,and it
needs lubrication oil, friction heat loss is very large,big power transmission
including high speed rotation is not good for resistance against abrasion.
ln order to put various all-moving blade turbines into practical use, it
is inevitable to use magnetic friction power transmission
14 which can transmit large amounts of power most efficiently
through rolling contact. By using various magnetic friction cars instead
of various gearing, mount flat irregular cars instead of flat gearing cars,
helical irregular cars instead of helical gear, double helical irregular
cars instead of double helical gear to power transmission surfaces, as
a magnetic frction car and magnetic frction equipment (magnetic friction
power transmission 14), various magnetic
friction power transmission 14 consists
of well-known various qearing power transmission, magnetic friction power
decelerating transmission, magnetic friction power reversal transmission
and magnetic friction speed change gear. This is a complete rotary engine.

with me including joint patent application. In japanese system, we do not
do a study which large companies participate in the middle, and I am in
trouble because the study of CO2 reduction
internal combustion engine can be a suitable target.
So I hope that this can be guided by the U.S.A. as
motor revolution by asking President Clinton including Vice President Gore.
