  Human being has confronted with various kinds of problems. First, apart from the heat of valuable thermal power generation fuel and nuclear power generation, the temperature of seawater rises. Second, the pace of dangers of methane hydrate resolution scorching earth, the none-oxygen earth and human race extermination has accelerated rapidly. Third, The vertical updraft and downdraft have already increased. Fourth, the records of the velocity of the wind, the downpour, the heavy snow, the unusual dryness, the cold wave, and the heat wave are updated. Besides, ice in North Pole is disappearing, seawater cooling means is reducing, mass suicide is approaching rapidly. It shows that the completion of the invention of theoretically best engine to recycle Onnessi and Hiyanessi in terms of idea figure may take about 62 years.

  The news about the threat of methane from frozen earth melting in Daily Yomiuri on January 22 showed that the methane discharged to the atmosphere became as much as 100,000 tons in the entire Siberia every year. The permanent frozen earth is described as time bomb. Frozen earth will melt like chain bombing because of global warmup. The temperature of the seawater is rising. The dangers of methane hydrate resolution from the miracle earth, the scorching earth and becoming non-oxygen earth are large. If possible, it is hoped that frozen earth methane can be recycled ripidly.

(The space shuttle proves the mercury jet before the fire is spouted to be good.)
   The space shuttle and other rockets should possess the most efficient, biggest reactionary, that is, mass*spead of big momentum or big work rate (weight kg/second m). The temperature of seawater 80~160 times the amount of vapor used to generate electricity rises by 3~7℃. The phytoplankton decreases sharply in the nuclear plant and thermal power plant in the world though huge heat is demanded. For instance, the number of Maiwashi living is decreased sharply to 1/200 in the Japanese offings for feeding chain.

   The temperature of seawater is rising immensely. The sea surface, the updraft and the downdraft have already been increased. The records of the velocity of the wind, the downpour, the heavy snow, the unusual dryness, the cold wave, and the heat wave are updated. The temperature of deep sea goes up by 2~3℃. The dangers of methane hydrate resolution, scorching earth, becoming the none-oxygen earth are big. A great amount of time and capital is necessary for changing all power plants in the world to ones that can recycle Onnessi and for suicide act conversion. Besides, the danger of becoming too late is big. The miracle earth changes suddenly, such as the composition of space and the dinosaur extermination, etc.

   The existing jetliner has a low compression ratio and it can jet fire. When the exhausting temperature approaches 600℃, the capacity of the combustion gas can increase to 3 times as big. Combustion gas exhaust mass of unit capacity is 1/3*(nitrogen 0.79 liters*1.25g+carbo dixide 0.21 litres*1.977g)=1/3*(0.9875g+0.41517g)=1/3*1.40267g=0.467557g/l, that is water mass of atmospheric pressure 1000g/1/2139 litres. In order to make reactionary power weaker than that of rocket, make the part of low compression ratio as reciprocating compressor and to reach 20 times. Jetting part should change to 1% of water output as rocket does so as to reach the goal of over 8 times of jetting impetus and 10 times of spead. 2139 times that of the existing jetliner*1/100*20 times head=427.

(It is good for space shuttle to exchange the reactionary power of combustion gas to that of water.)
   Though the weight of carbon dioxide of 1 litre at 0℃ is 1.977g, the capacity increases by 1/273 if the temperature increases by 1℃. Once the temperture of jetting combustion gas approaches 600℃, the capacity will become 3 times as big, the weight of combustion gas of unit capacity will reduce to 1/3 of 0.659g, the weight of 1 litre water to 1/1517. Water and reactionary power is reduced to 1/1517 under the same jetting spead, so it is doubted that whether it is the most ineffecient reactionary power generation method. It is scheduled to strict proof examination secretly with PET bottle rocket. A real experimental research and the reaction prove the practical use of proportion to be necessary for the jet mass*speed.

   The jet pressure of water approaches the combustion gas pressure of 20MPa without taking pains. 1% of combustion gas is converted by spray principle at the speed of water. Because the rise or decrease of jetting speed of the combustion gas is insignificant, the increase loss of the installing weight is far exceeded. The possibility that the reactionary increases to about 15 times is large.

  I have read <<Launch water jet rocket>> which is edited by Japanese Young Astronauts Club and joint made by National Space Development Agency and The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science.  It is elaborated in the book that water is most important in launching a rocket. Although alcohol is similar to water, it is lighter. So when it is used in launching a rocket, the reactionary pow is much smaller than that when water is used. But among the methods by which the jetliners get reactionary power, this is the most silly and ineffecient way. This point has been proved in the PET bottle rocket experiment about 12 years ago.

(The part of existing technique which is least improved is in space shuttle and which is most improved is in jetliner.)
   The weight is going up by about 3 times if water is to be installed like PET bottle rocket. Accordingly the difficulty of launchining is predictable. Then why the flying distance increase to 100 times oppositely? No matter it is least improved space shuttle or most improved jetliner, why are the materials such as water (1.1517 of its weight) or high temperature combustion gas (1/2139 of its weight) which have small reactionary used for launching? Why this invention is not improved along more than 100 years up till now? In the books that published by National Space Development Agency and The Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, the description of the most important part and the part that flies with the air injection is not included at all. The children are kept in dark from beginning to end. This is the reason why they are losing interest in science. We should aim at invention which has 300 times output of existing jetliner for the sake of children.

(The invention by using the reactionary power of water elaborated in the homepage)
   The union organization of various energy preservation cycles equipped with various rocket engines such as FIG96 space shuttles and solid propellant rockets aims at the limit of the PET bottle rocket. For instance, when the weight of air 1.293g/773 times of a litre of water is jetted by the same energy with the PET bottle rocket, the momentum of the rocket approaches 773 times air injection. The output efficiency generated during water injection raise the capacity of compressed air to 1.5 times as to reach the best efficiency. This part becomes the impetus of rocket launching and is widely used.

   There is a 5D bolt whose central weight has increased in the nozzle discharge orifice by 25E such as metals in the union organization of the energy preservation cycle when an outer container etc. that is easier than FIG96 is omitted. According to different usages, mercury 52a in an insulated bag is jetted, a solid fuel or a liquid fuel is burnt. 25D bolt is launched when the combustion pressure of combustion part 1a rises to the best pressure. Mercury 52a and an insulated bag, etc.  is jetted at the same time as 25D bolt is launched, which makes the reactionary of mercury approaches 1517*13.5 (21208.5) times of space shuttle. Reach1/4〜1/40 of the jet speed of the combustion gas by making use of reactionary at the beginning of rocket launching and lengthen the launch time to 4 times of 5000 times reactionary power 〜 40 times of 500 times reactionary power. Recycle mercury 52a and 5D bolt, etc by using union organization of the energy preservation cycle and reduce the launching expenditure of space rocket to 1/100.

(For instance, pressure is invented even to combustion pressure 20.5MPa of the space shuttle in the outer container.)
   There is an outer water container or outer container of FIG96 outside the union organization of the energy preservation cycle equipped with various rockets easier than FIG96. It burns when ignited. Combustion gas control valve 24 is opened at the same time as the combustion pressure of combustion part 1a rises. Jet pressure of high temperature water 52b in the external water container or in the outer container can rise to combustion pressure 20.5MPa of combustion part 1a. After mercury is jetted from nozzle discharge orifice, high temperature water 52b's pressurizing jet and suck jet accelerate according to explosion speed of combustion gas, spray principle and combustion pressure of outer container.

   During acceleration of pressurizing jet and suck jet of FIG96 high temperature water 52b, amount of water installed in space shuttles and space missiles, etc. is limited. So outer parts of various rocket engines 112 become container of high temperature water 52b. Reactionary efficiecy is changed to water speed according to different usages and become 1517*1% (15.17) times of jet capacity of combustion gas. Reactionary power has increased to 15 times accordingly. Jet impetus output can easily rise to 15 and even 30 times. Thus, it become possible to make inexpensive cosmic rocket and ballistic rocket, etc.

(Invention of jumbo jet universe shuttle plane equipped with a great amount of water.)
    During acceleration of pressurizing jet and suck jet of high temperature water 52b in external container, the friction loss caused by water-repellent action, the high temperature evaporation film, and the repulsion power of the magnetis decelerates and accelerates according to different usages. As jet impetus output that far exceeds amount of water that installed, it aims at over 15〜30 times of jet impetus output of the existing space rocket and at 1/100 expenditure. The improved point of an existing jetliner is awful. And rather than the improvement based on the existing rocket, the improvement of jumbo jet universe shuttle plane based on jetliner that only costs 1/1000 expenditure but can produce 300 times jet impetus output in the development of universe.

   Many improvements have been made to the existing jetliner. For instance, to obstruct the jet passage by using air so as to make low-pressure jet, etc. And by dividing combustion part 30A of full motion flade FIG89*90 and jet part 77L of FIG84, it is easy for jet part 77L to get to utmost limit. Then, the jetting of high temperature water containing overheating steam etc. is accelerated by 300MPa overheating steam explosion speed + 200MPa combustion gas explosion speed and the amount of water installed is decreased. Work rate*head can be 2139 times of existing jetliner *1/100*20 times. The air or vacuum ahead is drawn and jetted. It aims at various jetliners such as jambo jet universe shuttle planes whose speed can reach 10 times that of current jetliners.

   In the process of the flight, it inhales from forward edge of the wing inlet 38e・38e of flight wing 38b and flight tail 38c of FIG92. 100℃ heat is recycled by means of flight speed, dynamic pressure air 28a including the frictional heat of a high-speed high pressure and water supply 52, etc. Air is inhaled by suction valve 28 of combustion part 30A of FIG89・90 all motion blade. Compress 1000℃ by reciprocal compressor 20A only for compression. Heat is recycled two or more times by water supply 52 of compression room heat exchanger 1A. Every time it is compressed and recycled, the heat is cooled to 100℃. The fuel jet stir combustion heat exchange is cooled, burnt and jetted in the process of cooling in the main combustion chamber and heat exchanger 1 by recycling air, compressing exhaust calorie. This is changed to 200MPa100℃ combustion gas + 300 MPa400℃ overheating steam, etc. By the above, it is easy to get to the utmost limit jet part 77L and jet. And it aims at 10 times of speed of 20 times head * 20 times work rate of existing jetliner.

(Universe shuttle planes that aim at more than 10 times speed of existing jetliners)
   All motion combustion part 30A including all motion blade turbine 8A・8B is driven partially by dividing into 300MPa400℃ overheating steam explosion power and 200MPa50℃ combustion gas explosion power. Jet part 77L is driven mostly and the air and vacuum forward are sucked and jetted at super high speed. The rotation output and the jet impetus output are brought close to 20 times head of existing gas turbine * 20 times work respectively. The jumbo jet universe shuttle planes that aims at more than 10 times speed of an existing technology is driven. It is used to raise and descend jet plane glory vertically, for the solar system escape space travel, and to set up the space satellite.

(Flight ships and ships which aim at 5 times speed of existing, high-speed ship)   
   It is easy for water replenishment and movement below speed of sound when water is moved. Jet part 77K is driven by making use of most divided part. A great amount of water is jetted and the air ahead is drawn to jet.  Water jet of over 855.6 times work rate (overheating vapor capacity + 2% water jet of combustion gas capacity 2139 * over 2/100 * 20 times head) is driven. Flight ship which aims at 5 times speed of FIG85 existing technology is driven. Or, the FIG88 water jet 77M or 77N is driven by making use of most divided part. The water ahead is drawn and jetted at high speed and is driven at over 855.6 times work rate of high temperature combustion gas jet. Various flight ships and ships which aim at 5 times speed of FIG93 existing ships and at mass transportion are to be invented.

(Immensely high-pressure combustion heat is exchanged, cooled and combusted. The division use is the best in calorie output and mass output. )

   Immensely high-pressure combustion heat exchange is cooled and combusted for a long time in the main combustion chamber and heat exchanger 1. For instance, it is divided to 500℃400MPa overheating steam explosion power (Heat is recycled all as 100℃ Onnessi by calorie output.) and 50℃300MPa combustion gas explosion power (Combustion gas exhaust which is close to absolute 0℃ is recycled all as Hiyannessi. ) and then used. It is possible to obtain the high-pressure overheating steam and fuel gas by any other methods. Furthermore the amount of the Onnessi recycling increases with the amount of the Hiyanessi recycling. It is possible to use it with the best point suited to the usage.

   When 50℃300MPa combustion gas explosion power is divided into and used, the insulated expansion combustion gas exhaust temperature is brought close to absolute 0℃, the unit capacity of combustion gas is reduced to about 1/4, its unit weight is increased to about 4*1.40267 (5.61g)/1 litre. Besides, the work rate of the same head unit capacity of combustion gas become over 5.61 times. The head increases to 300MPa etc. There is no change in the mass output of the same head and the amount of the Hiyanets recycling increases. The increase can add calorie output (weight kg/second m).

   Compared with current gas turbine, mass output of the same head combustion gas is exceeded by using separatedly. Furthermore, combustion gas exhaust which is close to 0℃ is recycled as water-cooled heat 52e about 0℃ and the combustion gas dissolution water 52g (The manufacturing price is almost 0.) through Hiyanets recycling apparatus. Then it is used effectively by selling to the customers. Calorie near 1.5〜2 times an existing boiler is used as overheating steam explosion power ( calorie output of the combustion gas) including the compress air possession calorie. Thus, it is able to aim at 300 times work rate (high-pressure use etc. * water use, that is, 10 times head of existing steam turbine * 20 times work rate) and generated energy.

(The oil price rises and the evaporation recycling monopoly of the methane is good.)
   The world power plant is changed,  the monopoly of evaporation is done, and methane hydrate is recycled by using calorie. It is absolutely impossible to recycle huge evaporation heat with current technology. While it is proven possible by the experiments on the evaporation recycling in northeast Siberia. And to begin with 300 times generated power of existing amount of the same fuel which monopolized the world 100% scale and frozen ground of the evaporation recycling cooling preservation in northeast Siberia becomes the best monopoly, the national strategy, and energy strategy.

   It is proven that the reactionary is proportional at mass*speed with PET bottle rocket in the monopoly of manufacturing and supply of cars, ships, and airplanes, etc. in the world about 12 years ago. The fuel cost can be reduced to 1/100 with almost the same work rate and marvelous output. Although there are questions such as ones about 100℃ Onnessi, about  0℃ Hiyanessi and combustion gas dissolution water, the usage of it is expected to develop and expand for the cost is near 0.
