Most importantly, it is necessary to transfer domestic production bases out, just like what those large American enterprises did; once done late, the damages would exceed losses brought by the collapse of bubble economy, with heavy debts incurred as consequences.
Currently, developing countries including China just copy and innovate products, like Japanese enterprises of 20 years ago; such activities are advantageous to enterprises in those countries. The fact in our face is that, those activities of cost reduction advanced by factories subordinate to about 80% domestic large enterprises will only lead to own damages. Although I had advocated that they should conduct inventions and creations, however, the intellectual class insists in that the copy and innovation of products would revitalize Japan and all of them can do nothing during the process of human's extinction currently. I have a hunch that Japan would suffer from starving and human beings extinct.
(Birth of Invention Capable of Preventing Human's Extinction)
I am the eldest son of my father, a police in the office and grew up among fine words like "you will be a minister" and so on; and I often wish to accomplish achievements ever since I was a child. During my stay in Mizushima Plant of Nagoya Aircraft Fabrication Institute, I dreamed of inventing an engine of my own some day. Looking back the past over 62 years, I had cordially invited President Clinton for cooperation for three times in consecutive three years since 1993 and have been engaging in this invention that may never be successful in others' opinion, until I believe that it do be unsuccessful.
I know that engines in current application possess many deficiencies and it is impossible to solve all problems at one shot. As a saying goes, "More haste, less speed." What I can do is to solve the existing deficiencies of engines one by one. As one deficiency is solved, the ideal figure will increase incredibly and the maximum would be an ideal output power as 200~300 times as that of current jet engine obtained at the same fuel consumption, which might be equivalent to machines such as space shuttle. For it is easy to obtain the energy output 2~3 times as the current one at the same fuel consumption, in my awareness, the task of top priority to raise an engine revolution to prevent human beings from extinction.
(How Human Extinct)
Thanks to the tremendous ideal figure, the view that the power generation cannot improve 40% and similar in textbooks are deceptive. If let all the heat released from power generation raised the seawater temperature continuously, with nothing to do, the seawater temperature will increase without limit; although the records of blizzard, rainstorm, cold current and wind velocity of typhoon and monsoon in current Japan are refreshed seldom, the values refreshed will grow at acceleration and there might come disasters more severe than Katrina.
Particularly for Japan, the increasing rate of seawater temperature offshore China has doubled within 10 years, as the most in the world. When the seawater at the world highest temperature stagnates in the Yellow Sea, the Sea of Japan and the side of Japanese Island Chain along the Pacific and moves towards Kuril Islands gradually, the updraft will increase indefinitely; even if disasters like Katrina occurred once ten years as assumed, then the maximum wind velocity by 2031 would exceed 100m/s; and the quantity of rainstorm and blizzard might be three times as the current one.
Even though Japan became the country suffering the most disasters in the world, there will be a far distance from human's extinction. When ice in the North Pole and Greenland keeps on melting till disappearing completely, the means for seawater cooling will be few, the seawater temperature increase at a high speed; meanwhile, methane released from melt permafrost in Siberia and other places be discharged into the atmosphere and the decomposition of methane hydrate in the ocean floor accelerate; then, the methane as 23 times thick as CO2 will lead to the extremely abnormal weather and human's extinction.
For instance, during the evolution of abnormal weather, water would vaporizes due to global warming; when the vapor on the earth is at 100℃, the oxygen would exhaust, in which state human beings would extinct one month later. For another instance, during the evolution of abnormal weather, when methane on the earth was oxidized and burn up, the oxygen would be at as high as 100℃ and in little quantity, in which state human beings would extinct one month later, too. That is to say, by then, a green earth would only depend on a miracle, namely the earth turned out to be a planet similar to Mars or Venus. Once in case of failure in taking timely measures, it is impossible to prevent human beings from extinction.

I am making efforts to make the most contributions in the human history. The purpose of my invention is to save the human beings, but without cooperators and only supported by my savings of 62 years, the contribution of mine would be impossible to be realized. Nowadays, the price of petroleum keeps on soaring, the ideal energy output is to accomplish 100 times output under the prerequisite of maintaining the current fuel consumption and vaporize the methane with all hear released from power generation and then recover. This is a world business of 100% monopoly. In addition, hope you will offer financial assistance to this invention (i.e. the recovery of all heat released from power generation and corresponding effective utilization), so that I could pay the expenses for PCT patent application.
